It is considered normal for sweating to stop about one week after a vaginal delivery, although the exact time when sweating ceases may vary depending on individual physical condition. After childbirth, women have a relatively high basal metabolic rate and tend to sweat more easily, which is a normal physiological phenomenon. This usually lasts for approximately one week; however, in those with weaker constitutions, the duration of sweating may be prolonged. When sweating, postpartum women can take warm baths appropriately to maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene.

Under normal circumstances, it is considered typical for sweating to subside about one week after a vaginal delivery, although the exact time when sweating stops may vary depending on individual physical condition.

After vaginal delivery, women generally have a higher basal metabolic rate and tend to sweat more easily, especially during nighttime sleep and upon waking. During the postpartum recovery period, avoid wearing excessive layers of clothing and keep the living space well-ventilated to prevent overheating. Avoid spicy and stimulating foods, as these can accelerate blood circulation and lead to excessive sweating. It's beneficial to consume adequate high-quality proteins such as eggs and milk, as well as blood-nourishing foods like red dates and goji berries, to support recovery of energy and blood.
