3. Meningeal damage: This is generally caused by fever, trauma, or inflammation, and is often associated with cognitive impairment or concussion, potentially leading to delirium during high fever. Patients are advised to take medications such as vitamin B6 tablets or oxiracetam capsules under medical supervision.
