Introduction
Pain in the lower abdomen and stomach after intercourse may be caused by overly intense or forceful movements by the male partner during sex. It could also result from inappropriate positions or excessive motion, leading to genital pain that radiates to the abdominal area, causing discomfort in the abdomen and stomach. Additionally, individuals with gynecological conditions such as cervicitis or pelvic inflammatory disease may experience these symptoms due to stimulation of the genitals during intercourse.

Pain in the lower abdomen and stomach after intercourse may be related to overly vigorous movements during sex, injury to the genital organs, or having gynecological inflammation.

1. Overly vigorous movements during intercourse

If the male partner's movements are too forceful or rough during intercourse, it can cause strong stimulation to the female internal reproductive organs, leading to pain in the lower abdomen and stomach after sex. This condition usually resolves on its own with appropriate rest and is generally not a cause for concern.

2. Genital organ injury

During intercourse, inappropriate positions or excessive motion may cause injury to the genital organs, resulting in genital pain. When this pain radiates to the abdominal area, it can lead to discomfort in the abdomen and stomach. In such cases, adequate rest is necessary, and sexual activity should be avoided until the body has fully recovered.

3. Gynecological inflammation

If a woman has gynecological conditions such as cervicitis or pelvic inflammatory disease, stimulation of the reproductive organs during intercourse may also cause lower abdominal and stomach pain afterward. It is recommended to visit a hospital for relevant examinations to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment accordingly.
