Introduction
Left lower abdominal pain during walking may be caused by urinary system inflammation or urinary tract stones. If proper warm-up is not done before physical exercise, or if excessive exercise leads to abdominal muscle strain, left lower abdominal pain can occur while walking. Long-term poor diet or frequent overeating can affect gastrointestinal function, causing intestinal colic due to gastrointestinal dysfunction and resulting in the aforementioned symptoms.

Left lower abdominal pain while walking may be caused by muscle strain, digestive system dysfunction, urinary tract inflammation, or urinary stones.

1. Muscle Strain

If proper warm-up is not performed before physical exercise, or if excessive exercise leads to abdominal muscle strain, left lower abdominal pain may occur during walking.

2. Digestive System Dysfunction

Poor eating habits due to work or lifestyle factors, frequent overeating, or consuming excessive raw, cold, spicy, or stimulating foods can impair gastrointestinal function. This may lead to intestinal spasms and cause the aforementioned symptoms due to gastrointestinal dysfunction.

3. Urinary Tract Inflammation

If a person does not maintain good personal hygiene, particularly in the genital area, pathogenic bacteria may travel upward and cause infection and inflammation in the urinary system. Prolonged inflammatory stimulation may result in left lower abdominal pain during walking.

4. Urinary System Stones

If urinary stones are present, changes in the stone's position during walking may trigger left lower abdominal pain.
