If you perform aerobic exercises such as slow jogging in the morning, it is acceptable to do so on an empty stomach, as it won't negatively impact your body. In fact, moderate morning jogging can help burn fat, improve physical fitness, enhance overall constitution, and boost cardiovascular and pulmonary function as well as disease resistance. However, attention should be paid to the duration of the run—avoid running too long, as excessive energy depletion may lead to physical exhaustion and harm your health. Running consumes significant amounts of energy, and particularly when engaging in fast running, it's better not to run on an empty stomach, as this could cause hypoglycemia and symptoms such as dizziness.

It is recommended to drink a cup of light salt water, warm water, or weak sugared water before morning jogging. Additionally, avoid running during hazy weather or when feeling unwell to prevent accidents.
