Introduction
If tinnitus at night is due to physiological causes, it usually does not require treatment. If it is caused by pathological factors, such as sensorineural hearing loss, medications like Ginkgo biloba extract tablets or ginkgo leaf capsules may be used. For otitis media, drugs such as acetaminophen or cefuroxime axetil tablets can be prescribed. For insufficient cerebral blood supply, treatments may include betahistine tablets or nimodipine tablets.

Evening tinnitus, if due to physiological causes, usually does not require treatment. However, if it is caused by pathological factors such as sensorineural hearing loss, otitis media, or insufficient cerebral blood supply, appropriate treatment should be selected based on the specific underlying cause.

1. Physiological Causes

If recent mental stress, excessive pressure, or frequent late-night activities have led to transient tinnitus, you may experience evening tinnitus. This typically does not require medical treatment. Drinking warm milk before bed and avoiding staying up late can be helpful.

2. Pathological Causes

1) Sensorineural Hearing Loss: If evening tinnitus is caused by sensorineural hearing loss, patients may take medications such as Ginkgo biloba extract or ganciclovir capsules as directed by a physician.

2) Otitis Media: If tinnitus at night is due to otitis media, medications such as acetaminophen or cefuroxime axetil tablets may be used under medical guidance.

3) Insufficient Cerebral Blood Supply: If poor brain circulation causes evening tinnitus, medications such as betahistine tablets or nimodipine tablets may be prescribed under a doctor's supervision.

In addition, conditions such as hypertension and diabetes may also lead to evening tinnitus; therefore, it is recommended to follow medical advice for proper management.
