How to quickly absorb eye fundus hemorrhage

There is generally no such thing as a quick way for retinal hemorrhage to be absorbed. Retinal bleeding usually requires different management approaches depending on the underlying cause, which may include non-disease factors and disease-related conditions such as retinal vein occlusion and age-related macular degeneration.

I. Non-disease Factors

Retinal hemorrhage may result from eye strain, prolonged pressure on the eyes, or long-term smoking and alcohol consumption, leading to hardening of the retinal arteries and reduced elasticity of retinal blood vessels. If retinal vein occlusion is caused by excessive fatigue, taking oral contraceptives, trauma, or similar factors, antiplatelet agents such as enteric-coated aspirin tablets, dipyridamole tablets, or clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets may be used under medical guidance. Additionally, surgical options such as laser choroidal-retinal venous anastomosis or retinal arteriovenous sheathotomy may be considered based on a physician's recommendation.

2. Age-related Macular Degeneration

If the condition results from aging and degenerative changes in the macular structure of the retina, treatment under medical supervision may include vitamin E tablets, vitamin C tablets, or vitamin A softgels. When necessary, procedures such as laser photocoagulation or submacular hemorrhage removal surgery may be recommended by a doctor.

In addition, retinal hemorrhage may also be caused by conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, and treatment should be conducted according to medical advice.
