Introduction
If retinal hemorrhage is caused by non-pathological factors, it is recommended to maintain adequate sleep and reduce eye strain to alleviate the bleeding. If caused by trauma, local heat application may be used to promote absorption of the hemorrhage. If caused by hypertension, antihypertensive medications should be administered; commonly used drugs include hydrochlorothiazide tablets, furosemide tablets, and metoprolol tartrate tablets.

Blood accumulation in the fundus can generally be treated with different approaches depending on the underlying cause. Common causes include non-disease factors and disease-related factors, such as trauma and hypertension.

I. Non-disease factors

This may result from excessive eye use and eye fatigue, leading to slowed blood circulation around the eyes and congestion of blood vessels in the fundus. It is recommended to ensure adequate sleep and reduce the amount of time spent using the eyes.

II. Disease-related factors

1. Trauma

Minor rupture and bleeding of ocular capillaries due to injury may lead to blood accumulation. Applying a warm towel compress locally can help improve local blood circulation and promote absorption of the accumulated blood.

2. Hypertension

Hypertension may cause abnormalities in the eye's blood vessels, resulting in fundus hemorrhage. Antihypertensive medications may be used under a doctor's guidance. Commonly prescribed drugs include hydrochlorothiazide tablets, furosemide tablets, and metoprolol tartrate tablets, which help lower blood pressure and relieve symptoms.

In addition, diabetes may also be a contributing factor. It is recommended to identify the exact cause and follow medical advice for appropriate treatment.
