Low thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels can be managed by moderately consuming selenium-rich foods, as well as foods rich in protein and vitamins. However, when symptoms of low TSH are severe, dietary adjustments alone may not be sufficiently effective. It is important to promptly follow a doctor's guidance for oral medication treatment, such as taking methimazole tablets or propylthiouracil tablets.

TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) is low, but you can moderately consume foods rich in selenium, as well as foods containing protein and vitamins.

1. Selenium-rich foods

Low TSH levels are usually caused by factors such as genetics or excessive iodine intake. Common symptoms include endocrine disorders, palpitations, and fatigue. You may moderately consume selenium-rich foods such as tomatoes, mushrooms, and whole grains, which can play a supportive role in improving the condition.

2. Protein

When TSH is low, it's advisable to moderately consume plant-based proteins, such as soybeans, fish, and milk, which are easily absorbed.

3. Vitamins

With low TSH, you can moderately eat vitamin-rich foods such as dragon fruit, kiwifruit, and apples, which help improve your condition.
