Introduction
The likelihood of an abnormal fetal position correcting itself is not necessarily high and depends on the gestational week. If an abnormal fetal position is detected before 30 weeks of pregnancy, and the baby has not yet engaged in the pelvis, there is approximately a 40% chance it will correct itself. However, if an abnormal position is found between 32 and 34 weeks of pregnancy, the fetal position is usually already fixed, making the chance of spontaneous correction very low.

If an abnormal fetal position is detected before 30 weeks of pregnancy, and the baby has not yet engaged in the pelvis, there is approximately a 40% chance of spontaneous correction. Appropriate physical activities may help facilitate this adjustment. However, if an abnormal position is found between 32 and 34 weeks of pregnancy, the fetal position is usually already fixed, making correction much less likely due to the increasing size of the fetus and limited space for movement within the uterus. It is recommended to attend regular prenatal checkups at the hospital. If the fetal position remains abnormal, delivery by cesarean section may be considered to avoid adverse effects on maternal health and fetal well-being.

During this period, maintain a relaxed mindset and avoid excessive anxiety. Avoid prolonged sitting or lying down after meals. Take light walks outdoors and perform gentle exercises such as waist rotation and abdominal massage. In terms of diet, avoid cold-natured foods such as ice pops, ice cream, watermelon, and dragon fruit.
