Introduction
In general, pelvic adhesion surgery includes tubal intervention recanalization. The cervix is gradually dilated using a cervical dilator, followed by advancing a hysteroscope to the uterine fundus to locate the fallopian tubes. Under hysteroscopic guidance, a catheter is inserted into the fallopian tube and contrast medium is injected to assess the condition and identify the specific site of tubal obstruction. A guidewire is then inserted into the fallopian tube to perform recanalization and adhesion separation.

Generally, pelvic adhesion surgery includes fallopian tube intervention and recanalization. The procedure should be performed at a正规 hospital. The specific steps are as follows:

1. After entering the operating room, the patient lies on the surgical table in the lithotomy position with legs spread apart to fully expose the genital area.

2. The doctor performs routine disinfection of the patient's vagina and drapes the area. A speculum is then inserted into the vagina to expose the cervix.

3. The cervical opening is gradually dilated using cervical dilators, after which the hysteroscope is advanced to the uterine fundus to locate the openings of the fallopian tubes.

4. Under hysteroscopic guidance, a catheter is inserted into the fallopian tube, and contrast medium is injected to visualize the tube and identify the exact location and nature of any blockage.

5. Once the site and extent of the blockage are determined, a guidewire is inserted through the catheter into the fallopian tube to mechanically clear and recanalize the obstructed portion.

After the procedure, light vaginal bleeding may occur, which is generally not a cause for concern. However, if bleeding lasts longer than 7 days or is unusually heavy, the patient should seek medical evaluation at a hospital.
