Introduction
Breast nodules may worsen with breast massage. Breast nodule is a benign breast condition, possibly caused by factors such as hormonal imbalance, breast infection or trauma, or gene mutations, leading to non-cancerous or cancerous growth of cells within the breast. Massaging the breasts is generally not recommended for individuals with breast nodules, as it may stimulate the breast tissue and cause the nodules to enlarge.
