Among these, blood testing is one of the mandatory procedures, typically requiring the collection of a certain amount of blood sample for analysis. Blood tests can measure various indicators in the bloodstream—such as hemoglobin levels, white blood cell count, platelet count, blood glucose, liver function, and kidney function—to assess overall health. Therefore, under normal circumstances, applying for a health certificate requires blood testing and the collection of a blood sample.
When undergoing the health examination, individuals must fast to ensure accurate blood collection and test results. On the day before the exam, maintain a light diet, avoid alcohol, excessive fatigue, and medication, as these factors may affect test outcomes. On the morning of blood collection, avoid strenuous exercise and follow proper procedures during blood sampling. Pregnant women or those planning pregnancy, as well as breastfeeding women, should not undergo DR (digital radiography) imaging.
