Introduction
The respiratory system is an important system in the human body, including the nasal cavity, larynx, trachea, and so on. In addition, it also includes the lungs and diaphragm. The components of the respiratory system work together synergistically, and dysfunction in any part may affect respiratory function to some extent. It is recommended to protect the respiratory organs, avoid smoking, engage in appropriate exercise, and enhance resistance.

The respiratory system is an important system in the human body, including the nasal cavity, larynx, trachea, and other components.

1. Nasal Cavity

The nasal cavity serves as the entry point of the respiratory system. Air entering through the nasal cavity can be warmed, humidified, and filtered, thereby reducing irritation and damage to the respiratory tract.

2. Larynx

The larynx is a crucial part of the respiratory system, located between the oral cavity and the trachea, and includes structures such as the epiglottis and vocal cords. It acts as one of the airways; air passes from the nasal cavity or oral cavity into the larynx, then through the glottis into the trachea, and finally reaches the lungs.

3. Trachea

The trachea is another vital component of the respiratory system, serving as a tube connecting the larynx to the bronchi. It is supported internally by cartilaginous rings that prevent collapse. The inner lining of the trachea contains cilia and mucus, which help filter dust, bacteria, and other small particles from the air, minimizing respiratory irritation.

In addition, the respiratory system also includes the lungs and diaphragm. All parts of the respiratory system work together synergistically, and any impairment in one component may affect respiratory function to some extent. It is recommended to protect the respiratory organs by avoiding smoking, engaging in appropriate exercise, and enhancing overall resistance.
