What are the six foods most feared for blood vessel blockage?
In clinical practice, there is no such thing as "six types of foods that vascular blockage fears the most." However, it is generally not recommended to consume animal organs, grilled meat, pickled vegetables, cake, alcohol, and similar foods.
1. Animal Organs

5. Alcohol
