Abdominal surgery video
Generally, abdominal surgery refers to open abdominal procedures, which are usually performed under laparoscopic guidance. The specific steps are as follows:
1. Position the patient in a supine position and expose the abdomen.
2. Disinfect the abdominal skin, drape with sterile towels, and administer anesthesia.
3. Make 3–4 small incisions (about 1 cm each) in the abdominal wall and insert a pneumoperitoneum needle.
4. After entering the abdominal cavity, pump carbon dioxide gas into the abdomen.
5. Insert a waterproof trocar of approximately 10 mm at the insufflation site, through which a monitoring camera can be introduced to observe the abdominal structures.
6. Under the guidance of the video monitor, perform the actual surgical procedure. Depending on the type of surgery, various operations can be carried out, such as cholecystectomy or gastrointestinal resection.
7. Remove the surgical instruments, evacuate the gas from the abdomen, withdraw the trocars, and suture the incisions.
This procedure is characterized by minimal invasiveness and rapid recovery. If required, it is recommended to undergo surgery under the guidance of a medical professional. Maintain healthy lifestyle habits and avoid consuming spicy or irritating foods.
