Introduction
Peeling feet without itching or odor may be caused by dry skin, vitamin deficiency, athlete's foot, etc., and can be managed through general care or medication. Besides these reasons, it could also result from chronic eczema or similar conditions. Although the condition is not itchy or malodorous and only presents with peeling, it should still be taken seriously, as it might indicate an early sign of certain diseases. Timely treatment is necessary to prevent delayed intervention and worsening of the condition.

Peeling feet without itching or odor, with peeling being the only symptom, may be caused by dry skin, vitamin deficiency, athlete's foot, or other reasons. General treatments or medications can help manage the condition.

1. Dry Skin

If the weather is particularly dry, excessive loss of skin moisture can lead to dryness, which may result in asymptomatic peeling. In such cases, soaking feet daily in warm water or applying moisturizing cosmetics to the feet can help relieve symptoms.

2. Vitamin Deficiency

If a person habitually eats a selective or unbalanced diet and avoids vegetables or fruits, vitamin deficiency may occur. When the body lacks essential vitamins, symptoms such as dry, cracked skin, peeling, and brittle hair may appear. Treatment may include taking vitamin B complex tablets, vitamin C tablets, or vitamin A supplements as directed by a physician. Additionally, improving dietary habits and avoiding picky eating is essential.

3. Athlete's Foot (Tinea Pedis)

If a person frequently exercises and sweats excessively, keeping the feet in a moist environment for prolonged periods, it may promote bacterial overgrowth, irritating the skin and causing peeling. In more severe cases, symptoms such as itching, blisters, and skin fissures may also develop. Treatments may include topical medications such as terbinafine hydrochloride gel, compound ketoconazole cream, or potassium permanganate solution, used under medical guidance.

Besides the above causes, chronic eczema or other conditions could also be responsible. Even though there is no itching or odor and only peeling occurs, it should still be taken seriously, as it might indicate an early sign of an underlying condition. Timely treatment is important to prevent progression and worsening of the disease.
