Antigen testing generally involves washing hands thoroughly, collecting a sample, and performing the test. It is essential to strictly follow the instructions during testing. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Wash your hands before opening the antigen test package. Carefully check whether the packaging and contents are intact and undamaged, and confirm that the product is within its expiration date.

2. Tilt your head slightly backward. Hold the end of the nasal swab and insert it into one nostril, rotating it inside the nasal cavity for several turns. Repeat the same procedure in the other nostril.

3. Insert the swab into the sample extraction tube, break the swab at the designated breakpoint, then tightly close the colored cap and let it stand for 1 minute.

4. Remove the transparent cap from the top of the extraction tube and add four drops of the extracted sample into the sample well. Wait 10–15 minutes, then observe the results.

Note: After completing the antigen test, all used testing materials should be placed in a sealed bag to prevent exposure to the air.
