Introduction
Sterilization surgery includes male sterilization and female sterilization. Sterilization procedures should be performed at a正规 hospital. Here, taking female sterilization as an example, the specific steps are as follows: 1. Empty the bladder, assume a supine position with hips elevated, and perform routine disinfection and draping. 2. Make a vertical incision in the midline of the lower abdomen, just above the pubic symphysis, with an incision length of approximately 2 cm to 3 cm.

1. Empty the bladder, assume a supine position with hips elevated. Perform routine disinfection and drape the area.
2. Make a vertical incision in the mid-lower abdomen, just above the pubic symphysis, approximately 2–3 cm in length.
3. Use a toothless curved ovum forceps to slide behind the uterine fundus toward one side until reaching the fallopian tube, then gently grasp and extract the fallopian tube.
4. Trace back to the fimbriated end to clearly identify the fallopian tube. On the dorsal aspect of the isthmic portion, make an incision in the serosal layer, remove a segment of the tube, ligate both ends, and suture the serosal layer closed.
5. Repeat the same procedure on the opposite fallopian tube, and check for any bleeding or tissue damage.
Avoid sexual intercourse for one month after the surgery, and maintain external genital hygiene and dryness to prevent infection.
