Introduction
In general, the primary purpose of cervical conization is to diagnose and treat precancerous lesions and early invasive cancer of the cervix. The specific procedural steps are as follows: 1. Administer intravenous anesthesia. Position the patient in the dorsal lithotomy position, and disinfect the vulva and vaginal area, then drape with sterile towels. 2. Use a vaginal retractor to expose the cervix, then disinfect the vagina, cervix, and external cervical os again.

Generally, the main purpose of cervical conization is to diagnose and treat precancerous lesions and early invasive cancer of the cervix. The specific procedure is as follows:

1. Administer intravenous anesthesia. Position the patient in the lithotomy position, disinfect the vulva and vagina, and drape the surgical field.

2. Use a vaginal retractor to expose the cervix, re-disinfect the vagina, cervix, and external cervical os, and examine the lesion.

3. Insert a metal urinary catheter into the bladder to determine the lower boundary of the bladder.

4. Using a scalpel, make a circular incision vertically from outside the cervical lesion, then progressively perform a cone-shaped excision deeper into the cervix. Take care to maintain proper direction during the procedure to ensure complete removal of cervical tissue.

5. After excision, perform hemostasis and suture the wound.

6. Clean the patient’s genital area, abdomen, and upper thighs, help the patient dress, and conclude the surgery.

Postoperatively, regularly change dressings and schedule follow-up visits to prevent wound infection. To ensure procedural standardization, it is recommended that the surgery be performed at a正规 medical facility by qualified physicians.
