Introduction
Cesarean section refers to a surgical procedure in which the fetus is delivered by making incisions through the abdominal wall and uterus. 1. The mother lies in a supine position, and fetal heart sounds are monitored. 2. After confirming the fetal condition, the mother is positioned in a lateral recumbent position. 3. Intravenous anesthesia is administered, followed by abdominal disinfection and draping. 4. A transverse incision is made above the pubic symphysis, sequentially cutting through the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and fascia of the lower abdomen.

Generally, cesarean section refers to a surgical procedure in which the fetus is delivered by making incisions through the abdominal wall and the uterus. The specific steps are as follows:

1. The mother lies in a supine position while fetal heart rate is monitored.

2. After confirming the fetal condition, the mother is positioned on her side.

3. Intravenous anesthesia is administered, followed by disinfection of the abdomen and draping with sterile towels.

4. A horizontal incision is made above the pubic symphysis, and the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and fascia of the lower abdomen are sequentially incised.

5. The lower segment of the uterus is exposed, an incision is made in the uterus, and amniotic fluid is suctioned out.

6. The surgeon inserts a hand into the uterine cavity, supports the fetal head, applies pressure to the fundus of the uterus, and gently pushes downward to deliver the fetus smoothly.

7. The placenta is then removed, and the completeness of the fetal membranes is checked.

8. The uterine cavity is cleaned and the uterine incision is sutured.

9. The abdominal layers are sutured step by step, and the incision site is dressed with sterile dressings.

10. The mother's abdomen is dried, clothing is put back on, and the surgery is completed.

If a cesarean section is required, it is recommended to go to a正规 hospital and have the procedure performed by qualified medical professionals.
