Introduction
Sudden blurred vision, dizziness, and nausea may be related to conditions such as hypoglycemia, glaucoma, or vestibular neuronitis. Patients can improve symptoms through medication or surgical treatment. These symptoms may also be associated with other causes such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), cerebral hemorrhage, or cerebral infarction. If symptoms persist without improvement, patients should go to the hospital for examination and receive appropriate treatment under medical guidance.

Sudden blurred vision, dizziness, and nausea may be related to conditions such as hypoglycemia, glaucoma, or vestibular neuronitis. Patients can improve symptoms through treatments including medication or surgery. Specific analyses are as follows:

1. Hypoglycemia

Hypoglycemia refers to an abnormally low level of blood glucose, insufficient to meet the body's needs, leading to symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, blurred vision, palpitations, and anxiety. Patients may take medications such as glucose solution or hydrochlorothiazide tablets as directed by a physician.

2. Glaucoma

Glaucoma is typically caused by pathologically elevated intraocular pressure, resulting in progressive optic nerve damage and vision loss. Abnormally high eye pressure can also cause symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and headaches. Patients may undergo surgical treatments as prescribed, such as laser trabeculoplasty or cyclophotocoagulation.

3. Vestibular Neuronitis

If the vestibular nerve tissue is damaged, it may trigger an inflammatory response, causing sudden vertigo along with symptoms such as blurred vision, nausea, vomiting, and palpitations. Patients may take medications such as diphenhydramine hydrochloride tablets or clonazepam tablets as directed by a physician to relieve symptoms.

In addition to the common causes mentioned above, these symptoms may also be associated with conditions such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), cerebral hemorrhage, or cerebral infarction. If symptoms persist without improvement, patients should seek medical evaluation at a hospital and receive appropriate treatment under medical guidance.
