Introduction
Dizziness at night may be related to excessive fatigue, high blood pressure, cervical spondylosis, or other causes. Patients can manage it through lifestyle adjustments or oral medications. If patients are overly busy at work or mentally over-focused during the day, this may lead to physical exhaustion, resulting in symptoms such as dizziness and fatigue at night when the mind relaxes.

Generally, mild dizziness at night may be related to factors such as excessive fatigue, high blood pressure, cervical spondylosis, and other causes. Patients can manage the condition through lifestyle adjustments or oral medications. Specific analyses are as follows:

1. Excessive Fatigue

If patients have been overly busy with work or mentally overexerted during the day, their bodies may become excessively fatigued. Once they relax in the evening, symptoms such as dizziness and physical weakness may occur. This is a normal physiological phenomenon that does not require special treatment. Patients should ensure adequate rest and sufficient sleep.

2. High Blood Pressure

Poor sleep quality or staying up late at night may lead to elevated blood pressure, resulting in symptoms such as dizziness, headache, and fatigue. Patients may take medications such as nifedipine tablets or spironolactone tablets under medical guidance.

3. Cervical Spondylosis

Cervical spondylosis is usually caused by degenerative changes in the cervical spine. If patients maintain incorrect sleeping postures for prolonged periods, it may compress surrounding blood vessels and nerve tissues, leading to symptoms such as headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and limb numbness. Patients may follow medical advice to take medications like meloxicam tablets or etoricoxib tablets to alleviate symptoms.

Besides the common causes mentioned above, dizziness may also be associated with conditions such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), lumbar disc herniation, or cerebral arteriosclerosis. If dizziness occurs frequently, patients should visit a hospital for evaluation and receive appropriate treatment under medical supervision.
