Introduction
Hysteroscopic adhesiolysis is a procedure that uses instruments such as scissors or needle electrodes under hysteroscopic guidance to separate intrauterine adhesions, with electrocoagulation employed for hemostasis. If this procedure is required, it is recommended to visit a正规 hospital and have it performed by a qualified physician. After surgery, adequate rest and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits are advised to promote recovery.

Generally, intrauterine adhesion surgery is performed under hysteroscopy using instruments such as scissors or needle electrodes to separate the adhesed tissues. The specific procedure is as follows:

1. The patient empties the bladder, assumes the lithotomy position, and the vulva and vaginal areas are disinfected and draped.

2. A bimanual examination via the vagina is conducted to assess the size, texture, shape of the uterus, its relationship with surrounding tissues, and the condition of both adnexa.

3. A speculum is inserted into the vagina to fully expose the cervix, followed by re-disinfection of the vagina and cervix.

4. A cervical clamp is used to grasp the anterior lip of the cervix and gently pull outward, keeping the uterus in a horizontal position.

5. Cervical dilators are used to gradually dilate the cervical os until it allows passage of the hysteroscope.

6. The hysteroscope is inserted into the uterine cavity, and fluid is infused to distend the uterus.

7. After a comprehensive inspection of the uterine cavity, the adhesions at the affected site are dissected.

8. If significant bleeding occurs at the surgical site, electrocoagulation may be used for hemostasis.

9. The hysteroscope is then removed, the external genitalia are dried, and the patient is helped to dress; the procedure is complete.

To ensure standardized surgical procedures, it is recommended to undergo the surgery at a正规 medical facility under the care of qualified physicians. Adequate rest and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits after surgery can promote recovery.
