Introduction
There are many types of surgical suturing techniques used in clinical practice. According to the apposition status of the incision edges, they can be classified as simple apposition sutures, inversion sutures, through sutures, purse-string sutures, etc. The physician's technique for wound closure involves first removing foreign bodies, disinfecting with iodophor, and administering lidocaine anesthesia. After aligning the cut tissue edges, the wound is sutured by placing one stitch at a time, each secured with a knot.

There are many types of surgical suturing techniques used in clinical practice. According to the apposition status of the incision edges, they can be classified as simple approximation sutures, inversion sutures, through sutures, purse-string sutures, etc. Taking simple approximation suturing as an example, the specific procedure is as follows:

1. Before suturing, use forceps and 0.9% normal saline to clean and remove foreign bodies from the wound.

2. Disinfect the wound with iodophor and place sterile drapes around the wound area.

3. Perform local infiltration anesthesia along the wound using lidocaine.

4. Align the edges of the incised tissue, then suture by tying a knot after each stitch to achieve wound closure.

5. After suturing, disinfect again with iodophor and apply dressing.

After wound closure, regular dressing changes and suture removal are required. Wound suturing is often associated with wound debridement; it is recommended to seek treatment at a正规 medical facility and have the procedure performed under the guidance of a qualified physician.
