10-Second Self-Help Method for Sudden Heart Attack
Myocardial infarction refers to acute myocardial infarction. Generally speaking, there is no such thing as a 10-second self-rescue method for sudden acute myocardial infarction. Patients experiencing acute myocardial infarction can take medication sublingually for treatment. The specific steps are as follows:
1. Have the patient lie down quickly and rest, keep the surrounding environment quiet, and perform deep breathing.
2. Administer sublingual medications such as nitroglycerin tablets or Su Xiao Jiu Xin Wan according to medical instructions. If symptoms persist, the medication may be repeated as directed.
3. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication, immediately have someone nearby call the emergency number 120.
Patients with severe acute myocardial infarction should avoid being alone. If medication is needed, it should be used under a doctor's guidance; self-medication should be avoided to prevent adverse effects.
