Introduction
The causes of sudden heart disease can be divided into physiological and pathological factors. Pathological factors include hypertension, acute myocardial infarction, etc. After identifying the underlying cause, consult a doctor to select appropriate treatment medications. In addition, conditions such as heart failure may also trigger sudden heart disease. After an episode, it is important to rest in bed and avoid unnecessary physical activity to prevent increasing the burden on the heart.

The causes of sudden heart disease can be divided into physiological and pathological factors. Pathological factors include hypertension, acute myocardial infarction, etc. After identifying the underlying cause, consult a doctor to select appropriate treatment medications. The specific analysis is as follows:

1. Physiological Factors

Engaging in heavy physical labor or intense exercise for prolonged periods significantly increases the burden on the heart, which may damage cardiac health and even trigger sudden heart disease. It is important to rest in bed and maintain a balance between work and rest, avoiding strenuous physical activity. With proper regulation, recovery can gradually occur.

2. Pathological Factors

2.1 Hypertension

Persistent elevation in blood pressure easily increases the load on the left ventricle, leading to ventricular hypertrophy and dilation. In severe cases, this may progress to organic heart disease, manifesting as increased heart rate, palpitations, and other symptoms. Patients should take medications such as nifedipine sustained-release tablets, valsartan/amlodipine besylate tablets, and candesartan cilexetil tablets as prescribed by a physician. Once blood pressure is controlled, these symptoms typically improve.

2.2 Acute Myocardial Infarction

When coronary blood flow sharply decreases or is interrupted, the affected myocardium suffers from severe ischemia, leading to abnormalities such as dyslipidemia or elevated blood pressure. In serious cases, heart disease may occur suddenly. Under medical guidance, patients may take medications such as captopril tablets, clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets, and atorvastatin calcium tablets. Early administration helps stabilize the condition.

In addition, sudden heart disease may also be triggered by other factors such as heart failure. After an episode, patients should remain in bed and avoid unnecessary physical activity to prevent further increasing the heart's workload.
