In general, cervical surgery is an invasive procedure performed for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical diseases. Currently, cervical conization is one of the more commonly used methods. The specific steps are as follows:

1. After administering general anesthesia, the patient is placed in the lithotomy position.

2. The vulva and vaginal areas are routinely disinfected and draped, followed by iodine staining to help locate the lesion.

3. A speculum is used to dilate the vagina and expose the cervix. Under guidance from iodine staining or colposcopy, a cone-shaped section of the abnormal cervical tissue is excised at a 45° angle from the external cervical os toward the cervical canal.

4. After removal, hemostasis is achieved using a monopolar electrode (coagulation probe), and part of the excised tissue is sent for pathological examination.

5. Once no abnormalities are confirmed, the speculum is removed and the procedure is completed.

This procedure requires professional expertise. To avoid unnecessary harm to the body, it is recommended to undergo the surgery at a正规 medical institution under the guidance of qualified physicians. Adequate rest after surgery is important for proper recovery.
