久坐的危害有哪些

Introduction
In general, prolonged sitting may lead to various health risks such as obesity, indigestion, lower limb edema, increased risk of cardiovascular diseases, and muscle atrophy. If discomfort occurs after prolonged sitting, it is advisable to seek medical attention promptly and receive treatment under a doctor's guidance. To prevent these adverse effects, one should尽量 avoid maintaining the same posture for extended periods, and instead, stand up and move around or perform stretching exercises regularly.
一般情况下,久坐的危害可能有肥胖、消化不良、下肢水肿、心血管Disease风险增加、Muscles萎缩等。若久坐后出现不适Symptoms,Recommendation及时就医,在Doctor的指导下进行Treatment。具体分析如下:
1、肥胖:久坐导致身体能量消耗减少,脂肪堆积,尤其是坐姿不正、长期弯腰等情况下,腹部脂肪增多更为明显,容易导致肥胖。
2、消化不良:久坐后胃肠道功能得不到增强,甚至活动减弱,可出现消化不良的表现,如食欲缺乏、胃胀等。
3、下肢水肿:长时间坐立时,下肢缺乏Muscles泵的挤压作用,Blood向低垂部位聚集,可有轻度腿部、足部水肿的表现。
4、心血管Disease风险增加:久坐时Blood的流动速度较慢,导致Blood循环不畅,增加患心血管Disease的风险。
5、Muscles萎缩:长时间坐着会使得Muscles得不到充分的Exercise,容易导致Muscles萎缩和变得更弱。
为了避免久坐带来的危害,应尽量避免长时间保持同一姿势,适时站起来走动、进行伸展Exercise,同时保证充足的Sleep、均衡的Diet等。
