Introduction
In general, men and women can have children through in vitro fertilization (IVF). Both partners need to provide healthy sperm and eggs, and the embryo must be able to successfully implant and develop in a suitable uterine environment for IVF to result in pregnancy. If the sperm or egg quality is poor, or if there is azoospermia or absence of eggs, it may not be possible to achieve pregnancy through IVF technology.

In general, "test tube baby" refers to in vitro fertilization (IVF) technology. Men and women are usually able to have children through IVF, although the quality of sperm or eggs may affect the success rate.

IVF is a technique that involves fertilizing an egg with sperm outside the body, in a laboratory setting, and supporting early embryonic development. If both partners can provide healthy sperm and eggs, and if the woman's uterus provides a suitable environment for embryo implantation and development, then having a child via IVF is possible. During the IVF process, both partners should maintain healthy lifestyle habits, avoid staying up late and overexertion, and quit smoking and drinking alcohol, as these factors can reduce the quality of sperm and eggs.

However, if sperm or egg quality is poor, or if there is azoospermia (absence of sperm) or premature ovarian failure (lack of viable eggs), it may not be possible to achieve pregnancy through IVF using the couple’s own gametes. In such cases, using donor sperm or donor eggs may be necessary to proceed with IVF.

Couples unable to conceive naturally can consider IVF under medical guidance. It is important to communicate thoroughly with the doctor, discuss options, and develop the most appropriate IVF plan. Maintaining a positive mindset throughout the IVF process can also improve the chances of success.
