Introduction
In young people, symptoms of insufficient blood supply to the heart may not be obvious in general. However, some patients may experience chest pain behind the sternum or in the precordial area, reduced exercise capacity, syncope, nausea and vomiting, palpitations, and other symptoms. It is recommended to maintain a healthy lifestyle, ensure adequate sleep, improve dietary habits, adjust physical condition, and safeguard overall health.

Young people with insufficient blood supply to the heart generally may not exhibit obvious symptoms. However, some patients might experience retrosternal or precordial chest pain, reduced exercise capacity, syncope, nausea and vomiting, palpitations, and other symptoms. If any abnormalities occur, prompt medical attention is recommended. A detailed analysis is as follows:

1. Retrosternal or precordial chest pain: After physical exertion or emotional stress, young individuals may experience闷痛 (a sensation of pressure or tightness) or constricting chest pain behind the sternum or in the precordial area. This pain may radiate to the left shoulder, upper arm, or left posterior back. Typically, symptoms can resolve spontaneously after resting for about 3 to 5 minutes.

2. Reduced exercise capacity: Some young patients with myocardial ischemia may develop symptoms such as fatigue, reduced physical stamina, and exercise intolerance during episodes due to increased myocardial oxygen demand.

3. Syncope: Insufficient cardiac blood supply can lead to inadequate cerebral perfusion, potentially causing fainting episodes.

4. Nausea and vomiting: During episodes of myocardial ischemia, some patients may experience gastrointestinal discomfort, such as epigastric distension, pain, nausea, and the urge to vomit.

5. Palpitations: When the heart receives inadequate blood supply, the heartbeat may become irregular or rapid, leading patients to perceive their heartbeats as forceful or unstable.

It is recommended to maintain a healthy lifestyle, ensure adequate sleep, improve dietary habits, and regulate physical condition to promote overall health.
