Under normal circumstances, B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins in the human body and participate in various metabolic processes. Common B vitamins include vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, vitamin B12, and others. A detailed analysis is as follows:

1. Vitamin B1: It is commonly used to protect the nervous system and also participates in bodily metabolism, promoting gastrointestinal motility and thereby increasing appetite. A deficiency in vitamin B1 may lead to beriberi, indigestion, neuritis, and other conditions. Vitamin B1 is generally found in foods such as lean meat, vegetables, and rice bran.

2. Vitamin B2: It can promote cell regeneration within the body and is effective in the growth of hair, nails, and other areas.
