Introduction
Under normal circumstances, methods to prevent influenza virus include receiving the influenza vaccine, washing hands frequently, maintaining indoor ventilation, wearing masks, and enhancing physical exercise. The influenza vaccine is one of the effective means to prevent influenza. After vaccination, the immune system recognizes the viral antigen components in the vaccine and produces specific antibodies, thereby providing immune protection when the virus invades.

Generally, methods to prevent influenza virus include receiving the influenza vaccine, washing hands frequently, maintaining indoor ventilation, wearing masks, and enhancing physical exercise. A detailed analysis is as follows:

1. Receiving the Influenza Vaccine

The influenza vaccine is one of the effective measures for preventing influenza. After vaccination, the immune system recognizes the viral antigen components in the vaccine and produces specific antibodies, thereby providing immune protection when the virus invades.

2. Washing Hands Frequently

Wash hands with soap and running water for at least 20 seconds. The surfactants in soap or hand sanitizer can disrupt the lipid envelope of the influenza virus, rendering it non-infectious. This effectively interrupts the transmission route of the influenza virus entering the body through hand contact with the mouth and nose, thus reducing the risk of infection.

3. Maintaining Indoor Ventilation

Regularly open windows to maintain fresh indoor air. Ensuring good indoor air circulation reduces the concentration of influenza virus in the air, thereby lowering the risk of infection, especially in crowded or poorly ventilated environments.

4. Wearing Masks

During peak influenza season or when visiting crowded places such as shopping malls, stations, and hospitals, wearing a mask can block droplets expelled by individuals carrying the influenza virus, preventing these droplets from directly entering others' respiratory tracts.

5. Enhancing Physical Exercise

Moderate physical exercise helps strengthen the body's immunity against influenza virus invasion. Regular physical activity promotes blood circulation, enhances cardiopulmonary function, activates immune system cells, and improves overall disease resistance.

During peak influenza season, it is advisable to avoid crowded and poorly ventilated places as much as possible to reduce the chances of exposure to the influenza virus.
