Introduction
Under normal circumstances, treatment methods for AIDS include general treatment, supportive treatment, highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART), immunotherapy, and treatment for opportunistic infections. Medications should be used under the guidance of a physician. General treatment forms the foundation of AIDS management, preventing further viral transmission through measures such as isolation and observation, while also developing individualized treatment plans according to each patient's condition.

Generally, treatment methods for AIDS include routine treatment, supportive treatment, highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART), immunotherapy, and treatment for opportunistic infections. Medications should be used under a doctor's guidance. Detailed analysis is as follows:

1. Routine Treatment

Routine treatment serves as the foundation for treating AIDS. It prevents further transmission of the virus through measures such as isolation and observation, and formulates individualized treatment plans according to the patient's condition.

2. Supportive Treatment

Based on the patient's condition, attention should be given to rest and providing high-calorie, vitamin-rich diets. For patients unable to eat, intravenous fluids should be used to supply nutrition and maintain water and electrolyte balance.

3. Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy (HAART)

This typically involves combinations such as two nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors plus one non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor or one protease inhibitor, for example, zidovudine capsules, lamivudine oral solution, and efavirenz tablets.

4. Immunotherapy

This mainly includes the use of immunomodulators such as interleukin-2 for injection, bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) vaccine for intradermal injection, and human interferon α2b suppositories, but these cannot completely replace antiviral therapy.

5. Treatment for Opportunistic Infections

Appropriate anti-infective drugs should be selected based on different opportunistic pathogens, such as compound sulfamethoxazole tablets, ganciclovir for injection, and fluconazole sodium chloride injection.

In daily life, attention should be paid to food hygiene, avoiding the consumption of raw, cold, or unclean food to prevent gastrointestinal infections.
