Introduction
Under normal circumstances, right temporal lobe gliomas are relatively difficult to cure, but comprehensive treatment approaches can be employed to prolong survival and improve quality of life. Right temporal lobe gliomas are malignant tumors of the nervous system, characterized by rapid growth and typically lacking well-defined borders. Due to these features, the tumors often cause significant peritumoral brain edema and may lead to a series of neurological symptoms.

Generally, right temporal lobe gliomas are difficult to cure, but survival can be prolonged and quality of life improved through comprehensive treatment approaches. Detailed analysis is as follows:

Right temporal lobe gliomas are malignant tumors of the nervous system, characterized by rapid growth and usually lack well-defined borders. Due to these characteristics, the tumor often causes significant cerebral edema in surrounding tissues and may lead to a series of neurological symptoms, such as headache, vomiting, epileptic seizures, language impairments, hearing deficits, and visual disturbances.

Surgery is the preferred treatment for right temporal lobe gliomas, aiming to completely remove the tumor while preserving critical neurological functions. Radiotherapy is commonly used as an adjuvant treatment after surgery to eliminate residual tumor cells and reduce the risk of recurrence. Chemotherapy can be used as an adjuvant following surgery and radiotherapy, or administered alone or in combination with other treatment modalities.

Although curing right temporal lobe gliomas remains challenging, many patients can achieve significant improvements in survival through early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment. Close monitoring of disease progression and timely adjustment of treatment strategies are essential during the treatment process. Additionally, patients should maintain a positive mindset and cooperate with their physicians' recommendations to enhance quality of life and prolong survival.
