Introduction
In general, anxiety disorders may be caused by factors such as neurotransmitter imbalances, genetic influences, neurasthenia, hyperthyroidism, or cardiac neurosis. It is recommended to seek medical attention promptly, identify the underlying cause, and undergo symptomatic treatment under a doctor's guidance. In daily life, avoid excessive consumption of stimulating beverages such as coffee and strong tea.

Anxiety disorders are generally caused by factors such as neurotransmitter imbalances, genetic influences, neurasthenia, hyperthyroidism, and cardiac neurosis. It is recommended to seek medical attention promptly, identify the underlying cause, and receive symptomatic treatment under a doctor's guidance. Specific causes are analyzed as follows:

1. Neurotransmitter Imbalance: Abnormal secretion of neurotransmitters that regulate mood—such as serotonin and dopamine—can easily trigger anxiety. Maintain a regular sleep schedule and avoid staying up late. Eat more nutrient-rich foods like bananas and nuts, and practice 15 minutes of deep breathing daily to stabilize nervous system function.

2. Genetic Factors: Individuals with a family history of anxiety disorders have a higher risk of developing the condition and may have relatively weaker emotional regulation abilities. Proactively learn emotional management techniques, avoid prolonged exposure to high-stress environments, and undergo regular psychological counseling to prevent symptom onset.

3. Neurasthenia: Prolonged mental stress can lead to neuronal overexcitability and fatigue, gradually developing into anxiety symptoms. Patients may take medications such as oryzanol tablets, vitamin B1 tablets, and diazepam tablets as directed by a physician, while ensuring adequate sleep to reduce nervous system strain.

4. Hyperthyroidism: Excessive secretion of thyroid hormones increases sympathetic nervous system activity, causing persistent anxiety, palpitations, and other symptoms. Medications such as methimazole tablets, propylthiouracil tablets, and metoprolol tartrate tablets should be taken as prescribed to regulate hormone levels.

5. Cardiac Neurosis: Autonomic nervous system dysfunction leads to cardiac discomfort, which in turn triggers intense anxiety. Medications such as propranolol hydrochloride tablets, alprazolam tablets, and oryzanol tablets may be used under medical supervision. In severe cases, stellate ganglion block therapy may be performed to regulate autonomic nerve function.

In daily life, avoid excessive consumption of stimulants such as coffee and strong tea. Cultivate calming hobbies such as calligraphy or fishing, and spend leisure time outdoors breathing fresh air. Maintain communication with family and friends to release psychological stress in a timely manner.
