Dextran 40 Glucose Injection is used to expand blood volume, improve microcirculation, reduce blood viscosity, prevent thrombosis, and assist in the treatment of shock. It is commonly used clinically for treating vascular-related diseases. If symptoms such as rash, difficulty breathing, or bleeding tendencies occur after administration, prompt medical attention is recommended.
1. **Expand Blood Volume:** By increasing plasma colloid osmotic pressure, it draws fluid from tissue spaces into the bloodstream, rapidly replenishing blood volume. It is suitable for hypovolemia caused by hemorrhage or dehydration, helping alleviate symptoms such as dizziness and fatigue.
