5. Moderate Rehabilitation Exercise: Based on individual recovery progress, engage in mild activities such as walking or abdominal stretching exercises. These promote overall blood circulation and improve local tissue metabolism, helping prevent worsening scar hardening due to prolonged immobility.

Maintain cleanliness and dryness of the scar area in daily life. Avoid friction or scratching the lump, and wear loose, breathable clothing to reduce irritation.
