Fusidic acid cream is effective in treating impetigo, relieving symptoms of folliculitis, improving inflammatory acne, inhibiting bacterial skin infections, and assisting in the treatment of secondary infections in eczema. It is a topical antibacterial medication that should be used selectively. If redness, swelling, worsening itching, or allergic reactions occur after application, medical attention is recommended.

1. Treatment of Impetigo: Effective against impetigo caused by pathogenic bacteria such as *Staphylococcus aureus*, it inhibits bacterial proliferation, reduces blister rupture and exudation, and promotes wound healing. Suitable for localized treatment of superficial skin pustules.

2. Relief of Folliculitis Symptoms: Targets bacterial infections in hair follicles and surrounding tissues, reducing follicular redness, swelling, pain, and induration. Improves inflammatory papules associated with folliculitis and provides adjunctive treatment for folliculitis on areas such as the scalp and trunk.

3. Improvement of Acne Inflammation: Inhibits the growth of *Propionibacterium acnes*, reduces redness, pustules, and nodules caused by acne, and alleviates inflammatory responses. Suitable for localized management of inflammatory acne and helps improve overall skin condition.

4. Inhibition of Bacterial Skin Infections: Exhibits antimicrobial activity against various Gram-positive bacteria (e.g., streptococci) and some Gram-negative bacteria (e.g., *E. coli*), preventing bacterial invasion into skin tissue and controlling the spread of local infection.

5. Adjunctive Treatment of Secondary Infection in Eczema: Patients with eczema often have impaired skin barriers that are prone to secondary bacterial infection. This product provides targeted antibacterial action, reducing infection-related redness and exudate, and enhances therapeutic outcomes when used alongside standard eczema treatments.

Apply thinly and evenly after cleaning the affected area, following the recommended dosage daily. Avoid contact with mucous membranes such as eyes and nose. Keep the affected area clean and dry during treatment, and do not share the cream with others to prevent cross-infection. Complete the full course of treatment as prescribed; do not discontinue use prematurely to avoid recurrence of infection.
