So, what are the effective methods for reducing or eliminating forehead lines? Below, we address this question.

Methods for Reducing Forehead Lines

1. Daily Skincare Routine

Tightly wrap a towel around the area above the hairline to gently tighten the forehead skin. Then, using Mei Zis Er (a skincare product), gently massage the forehead back and forth for 20 minutes with the pads of your middle, index, and ring fingers. Perform this routine once daily for one month to noticeably reduce—or even eliminate—forehead lines.

2. Proper Massage Technique

Use horizontal pulling and pressing motions with your hands—not vertical ones. Do not assume that because forehead lines run horizontally, you should massage vertically; doing so may deepen existing creases. Additionally, you may further tighten the forehead skin by wrapping a towel snugly above the hairline before massaging.

3. Facial Massage Technique

Place the middle and ring fingers of both hands pointing toward your abdomen. Gently stroke upward from the brow bone to the hairline—or alternatively, begin at the center of the forehead and glide outward in circular motions toward the temples. Finish by gently pressing the temples for approximately two minutes. Practice this technique twice daily—morning and evening—for optimal long-term results in minimizing forehead lines.

4. Massage to Enhance Cutaneous Blood Circulation

First, apply a warm towel to the forehead for 2–5 minutes. Then, with all four fingers of both hands held together, gently press and move from left to right across the forehead. Next, place the middle fingers of both hands just above the arches of the eyebrows and simultaneously glide them upward and outward—from the center of the forehead to the hairline—repeating this motion about ten times.
