Introduction
Excessive physical exertion may lead to muscle stiffness, primarily due to the accumulation of lactic acid in the blood. The duration of this soreness is closely related to the intensity and volume of exercise. Poor blood circulation results in hypoxia (oxygen deficiency) in the blood, depriving body tissues of adequate oxygen and thereby causing generalized muscle aches.

Generalized body aches may arise from the following three causes:

1. Excessive physical exertion: Maintaining the same posture for prolonged periods during work—with minimal movement—can lead to muscle stiffness and soreness. Similarly, overexertion during exercise may also cause muscle soreness, primarily due to lactic acid accumulation in the bloodstream. For instance, after hiking or climbing mountains one day, individuals often experience generalized muscle soreness the following day. The duration of such soreness is closely related to the intensity and volume of physical activity.

2. Poor circulation: Impaired blood circulation reduces oxygen delivery to tissues, resulting in systemic hypoxia and generalized body aches.

3. Nutritional imbalance: Many individuals have highly selective eating habits, which frequently leads to inadequate or unbalanced nutrient intake. Deficiencies in certain essential nutrients can manifest as widespread muscle soreness.
