Hello, the early symptoms of lymphoma are varied and depend on the location of the lesion and the severity of the disease. Typically, the most common manifestation is lymphadenopathy—enlargement of lymph nodes. In particular, cervical lymphadenopathy is more frequently observed; these enlarged nodes are often palpable, round, and well-defined masses that can be accurately detected via ultrasound examination. Additionally, extranodal involvement may occur. For instance, if the gastrointestinal tract is affected, symptoms may include abdominal pain, diarrhea, or even gastrointestinal bleeding. We hope the above information is helpful to you. Wishing you a happy and healthy life!
