Lumbar disc herniation generally does not lead to disability; however, early-stage lumbar spine disease patients commonly present with clinical symptoms such as soreness and weakness in the lower back, dull or aching pain, and stiffness and fatigue in the limb muscles. If active treatment is not initiated promptly at this stage—or if poor work- and lifestyle habits are not corrected immediately—the condition may worsen.
