Heatstroke-induced fever requires immediate action: First, the patient should leave the outdoor work environment. Physical cooling methods should be employed initially—such as repeatedly wiping the skin with a damp towel. Additionally, the patient should be moved to an air-conditioned or fan-cooled environment for further cooling. However, care must be taken to avoid directing the airflow from air conditioners or fans directly onto the patient, as this may worsen their condition. In severe cases, ice packs may be placed in the groin area and under the neck to assist with cooling.
