If the body temperature is very high after the fever, an emergency visit is advised. After identifying the cause, symptomatic treatment can be administered. If it is a bacterial infection, medications such as Cefixime颗粒 (Cefixime granules) can be appropriately used under a doctor's guidance. When body temperature exceeds 38.5°C, medications such as ibuprofen suspension can be taken as directed by a physician. However, please note that Cefixime颗粒 are generally recommended for children over 6 months of age.
