The child has only been attending kindergarten for two days but has already developed indigestion. I’m not sure if it’s due to overeating. Could you please explain the causes of pediatric indigestion?

This condition is typically caused by improper feeding practices, among other factors. Common causes of the aforementioned symptoms in children include inappropriate feeding techniques, overfeeding, and an unbalanced diet—for example, excessive intake of sweets and greasy foods, as well as binge eating. Intestinal infection can lead to gastrointestinal dysfunction and dysbiosis, often accompanied by signs of infection—particularly fever, mucus in the stool, and blood in the stool.
