Dr. Jiang Weimin
Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome (HFRS) is primarily managed through comprehensive, symptomatic treatment. After diagnosis, patients should receive targeted therapy under the guidance of a physician, including prompt administration of medications to control infection. Antiviral therapy constitutes a cornerstone of treatment; antiviral and anti-inflammatory agents may be used. In cases presenting with hypovolemic shock or other related symptoms, timely infusion of colloidal solutions is essential. Vasoactive drugs may also be administered routinely to alleviate clinical manifestations. During treatment, close monitoring of body temperature and blood pressure is required, along with regular assessment of renal function. Additionally, preventive measures against secondary infections must be emphasized.
