Hemorrhagic fever syndrome is typically caused by infection with hantavirus. In cases of hemorrhagic fever syndrome, renal failure commonly occurs, and vascular bleeding may also develop, leading to a sharp drop in blood pressure; severe cases can progress to shock. Early detection and prompt treatment after symptom onset are strongly recommended to prevent disease progression.
