Disease description:

A lumbar muscle strain can be treated with antispasmodic and analgesic medications, as recommended by a physician. Commonly used drugs include aspirin and ibuprofen. Additionally, blood-activating and stasis-resolving medications—such as Dieda Wan (a traditional Chinese medicine for trauma)—may be prescribed as adjunctive therapy. During treatment, it is essential to rest adequately in bed, avoid excessive walking, maintain a relaxed and positive mood, and refrain from emotional stress or agitation.
