Left testicular pain and lower abdominal pain may be caused by orchitis or epididymitis, often accompanied by local congestion, swelling, and perineal pain. The lower left abdomen may also experience abnormal urination. Most cases are diagnosed as bacterial or mycoplasma infections and can be treated with sensitive antibiotics for anti-inflammatory therapy. Alternatively, if the patient's baseline immunity is poor and their ability to resist disease is weakened, it may eventually lead to testicular swelling and pain; in severe cases, symptoms such as lower abdominal pain may also occur.
